Because who has time for complicated bakes? This 10-minute banana cake recipe is a staple in my cook-book: quick, relatively healthy, and actually gets eaten. Perfect for lunchboxes or after-school snacks.

Ingredients:
75g Unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
50g Caster sugar
2 Eggs
140g Self Raising Flour
75g Greek Yogurt
1 Banana
100g Grated Carrots
100g Raisins
1tbsp Flax Seeds
2 tpsp Pumpkin Seeds
