Our order dispatches occur from Monday to Friday, and you can expect your order to arrive 1-2 business days after purchase. Each item is shipped with live customer tracking via Swiftbox. You will receive an email notification confirming your order, along with tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you. Please note that Carob is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent.

International Shipping

If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UAE, please contact us at contact@caroblondon.com . We will get back to you within 24hours regarding shipping costs and delivery times.

Returns and Exchanges

As a small family-run brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, so we appreciate your consideration when placing an order.

We do offer exchanges for size or style within 7 days of receiving your item. If your garment is not as desired, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Alternatively, we provide an alteration service for UAE customers. If you prefer alterations over an exchange, please email us at contact@carobdubai.com to discuss your requirements.

Returned items must be in origional condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept items with makeup marks, stains or odors.

Returns / Exchange Process

Email contact@carobdubai.com to organise your return. Please include the following details in your email:

Order number
The product you wish to return
Reason for return
If you would like to exchange your size / style or would like alterations

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you regarding your return. Return costs will be at your expense as we do not offer free returns. Ensure the package reaches us safely by using a tracking service.
