Refunds.
As a small family-run brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, so we appreciate your consideration when placing an order.
Exchanges.
We offer exchanges for size or style within 7 days of receiving your item. If your garment is not as desired, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Alternatively, we provide an alteration service for UAE customers. If you prefer alterations over an exchange, please email us at contact@carobdubai.com to discuss your requirements.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept items with makeup marks, stains or odours.
Exchange Process.
Email contact@carobdubai.com to organise your exchange. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you regarding your return. Exchange costs will be at your expense as we do not offer free returns. Ensure the package reaches us safely by using a tracking service.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you you're new size/item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
